Some GetMaiva boxes are curated based on a color, theme, or product category. The exact product variation included in a box may depend on availability.
For example, a box may include one shower gel from several available options that match the selected theme or color.
These variations do not constitute a defective or incorrect order as long as the quantity, product category, and overall theme described on the product page remain consistent.
3. Build Your Own Box
Customers using our Build Your Own Box feature are responsible for reviewing their selected products before completing the order.
Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may contact you or substitute it with a comparable item where appropriate.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is submitted.

Free Standard Shipping may be available on qualifying U.S. orders according to the shipping terms shown on our website.

Customers may manage, skip, pause, or cancel eligible subscriptions through their customer account, subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
