Subscriptions
GetMaiva subscription plans automatically renew at the frequency selected at checkout until canceled.
You may manage your subscription through your customer account, including available options to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, please cancel your subscription before the next scheduled renewal date.
Once a subscription order has been processed and payment has been successfully charged, canceling the subscription will stop future renewals but will not automatically cancel or refund the already processed order.
If you need assistance with a subscription or believe a renewal was processed in error, please contact us as soon as possible at getmaiva.official@gmail.com.
Any refunds or returns for subscription orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Canceling a subscription does not affect orders that have already been shipped.
There is no cancellation fee for ending a GetMaiva subscription.
