Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your GetMaiva order. 💕
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition in which they were received
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, bath, body, hair care, masks, and other personal care products cannot be returned.
Gift boxes and Build Your Own Boxes may only be returned if all included products are unopened, unused, and returned together.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at getmaiva.official@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Product Variations
Some GetMaiva boxes are curated by color, theme, or product category. Individual scents, shades, designs, or product variations may differ from the products shown in photos.
These variations are not considered defects as long as the product category, quantity, and overall theme of the box remain consistent with the product description.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at getmaiva.official@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
Final Sale Items
Opened or used personal care products and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
